Really? 4 no votes? Why, may I ask? The Bible is infallible. Man is fallible, as evidenced by those who want to rewrite Scripture to make it gender-neutral or Muslim-friendly. That doesn’t change II Timothy 3:16.

I think this is a false dichotomy. A Christian can believe that the bible was compiled by men (look at the names on the gospels and many other books if you don’t believe me) and that it is also the inspired word of God. I think the better question is, who has the authority to interpret the bible? Better yet, who has the authority to determine what books are in the bible? Why not include the “Gospel of Thomas?” Why not the “Gospel of Judas?”
